Add to we tested loss on dry, contents of ethanol-soluble extracts, and HPLC profiling. Results : Identification test (TLC) was on comparing with ursolic acid standard solution in Rf value, all samples showed red purple spot (Rf value 0.9). Ursolic acid spot in Rf value 0.35 showed by changing mobile phase condition. Heavy metals showed contents for Pb, Cd, As, and Hg range of 0.0 ∼ 0.5 ppm, 0.0 ∼ 0.2 ppm, 0.0 ∼ 0.3 ppm, and 0.0 ∼ 0.1 ppm. 韩国药典中山楂药材质量监测及HPLC标准图谱研究
目的:山楂子具有消化作用强、瘀血闭经、高脂血症等作用。本研究以韩国药典第11版(KP 11)各论标准为标准,对韩国三年间采收的山楂进行比较。方法:对山楂进行定性鉴定(薄层色谱定性反应)、重金属含量测定和总灰分测定。添加到我们测试的干燥损失,乙醇溶提取物的含量,和HPLC分析。结果:薄层鉴别法(TLC)与熊果酸标准溶液的Rf值进行比较,样品均呈红紫色斑点(Rf值为0.9)。通过改变流动相条件,在Rf值0.35处出现熊果酸斑。重金属Pb、Cd、As和Hg的含量分别为0.0 ~ 0.5 ppm、0.0 ~ 0.2 ppm、0.0 ~ 0.3 ppm和0.0 ~ 0.1 ppm。干燥损失在5.5% ~ 11.9%之间,总灰分在2.7 ~ 4.0%之间。
