The serum content of creatinine tends to drop (0.91 mg/dl) while the urea content tends to increase (1.30 mg/dl) in the treatment group. Cyprohptadine was significantly affected (p<0.05) on the serum protein content in the treatment group (2.12 g/dl) than the control group (2.84 g/dl) and there was no significant effect of cyproheptadine in serum contents of (ALAT) and (ASAT), decreased serum content of Cholesterol compared than the control group. From these results, Cyproheptadine is an effective and well-tolerated appetite stimulant in the broiler. 本研究的目的是了解在肉鸡日粮中添加cyproheptidine作为饲料添加剂(生长促进剂)的效果。选取60只1日龄的罗斯种鸡,随机分为治疗组和对照组,于2022年1月11日至12月19日进行49 d的窝饲试验。并测定血清生化指标和生长性能。结果表明:各处理组显著影响了(p<0.05)整个生产期内(1 ~ 49)d的体重、活体增重、采食量、腹部脂肪、心脏和腿部重量等胴体参数的增加(p<0.05)。治疗组血清肌酐含量有下降趋势(0.91 mg/dl),尿素含量有升高趋势(1.30 mg/dl)。治疗组血清蛋白含量(2.12 g/dl)显著高于对照组(2.84 g/dl) (p<0.05),血清ALAT和ASAT含量(p<0.05)无显著影响,血清胆固醇含量较对照组降低。由此可见,赛庚胺在肉鸡中是一种有效且耐受性良好的食欲兴奋剂。因此,它可以在比平时更短的时间内增加肉鸡的体重。
