The population in this study was the Simangalam village community, Labuhan Batu Utara sub-district as many as 51 respondents were studied by researchers. The technique of taking the number of samples in this study is using the proportional sampling technique. The measuring instrument in the study used a questionnaire. Abstract

Stress is a condition of tension that occurs when someone gets a problem or challenge and the person has not been able to find a way out when he gets a problem, so it can be because many other thoughts interfere when he starts looking for a solution, here there is an imbalance between guidance and the ability to overcome it.
