In this paper, we proposes a distributed data identification and resolution system based on blockchain, eliminates central nodes, establishes a decentralized peer-to-peer network, and assigns a unique readable identifier to each data, so that each data is configured with a globally unique \"ID card\". Abstract

In today's society, the importance of data at the policy, economic, social and technical levels has gradually become prominent, helping countries and enterprises to make overall and systematic decisions and promote high-quality economic development. Data is transformed into elements after a series of processes, and data elements have become an objective requirement for the development of the digital economy.
