Virgin coconut oil (VCO) is widely known as the purest and least refined form of coconut oil. Many claims the contents in VCO are beneficial for humans’ health. VCO is accepted as natural functional food and has mostly been commercialized in the form of liquid or encapsulated in soft gels.
