Web's Progression: Moving from Passive Content Consumption to Active Content Creation and Content Validation web的发展:从被动的内容消费到主动的内容创造和内容验证

This research paper reviews the evolution of the Web from its early phase, web 1.0, to the present state, web 3.0. The primary emphasis is placed on the shift that users have undergone, transitioning from content consumption to content creation, and now towards content validation. During the Web 1.0 era, users could only passively view static web pages. The introduction of Web 2.0 allowed users to generate and share content online. However, in the current era of Web 3.0, personalized content recommendations are offered through machine learning, which makes content validation more important. This study highlights the significance of these changes for digital media professionals, web developers, and web users, and concludes with recommendations for future research.

Boards of Directors and High-Tech Sectors Affect ESG Disclosure Quality: An Empirical Analysis of Global Firms 董事会与高科技行业对ESG披露质量的影响:基于跨国公司的实证分析

Our days are characterized by two intertwined phenomena, digital technologies and sustainability concerns, which have significantly changed our lives. The growing attention of stakeholders on sustainability has resulted in a greater demand for transparency about environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, but, although the significance of ESG disclosure is widely acknowledged by businesses, the extent of ESG disclosure varies considerably between firms. This study, using agency theory as the theoretical basis, aims to examine the effect of various characteristics of boards of directors, such as gender diversity, independence, size, average age, frequency of meetings, tenure, and membership in high-tech industries, on the level of ESG disclosure. The empirical analysis is conducted using an OLS regression model on a cross-sectional sample of 863 firms. The findings show that board characteristics such as gender diversity, independence, and size, as well as membership in the high-tech sector, positively impact the level of ESG disclosure. Surprisingly, board members' average age positively influences ESG disclosure level, whereas board tenure has a negative influence. This study offers substantial implications for policymakers, regulators, and organizations committed to promoting sustainability and social responsibility.

Assessment Method of Bioenergy in the Industrial Sector 工业部门生物能源评价方法

The industrial sector is one of the major energy consumers and polluters in emerging countries. With the great demand for a maximum reduction of gas emissions that aggravate the increase in Earth temperature, alternative sources of energy are being adapted for use in the industrial sector, such as bioenergy. Along with methodologies that ease implementation and use, several decision-making methods are currently under development to provide industrial managers with better scenario alternatives for the implementation of bioenergetic factors. This work aims to develop a decision-making method for the use and exploitation of bioenergy in Brazil, considering the initial assessment of sustainability and the implementation of technologies that compose the process of electricity generation through bioenergy. Fuzzy logic was used as the model development structure. It was used to analyze three case studies of manufacturing companies. As a result, there is an applicability of the method through government subsidies, regionalization of biomass for energy generation, and efforts in adapting and maintaining equipment for energy conversion with a strong driver of reduction of environmental impacts. This proposal, in addition to being useful for the industrial sector, helps the government sector with the reduction of energy, taking knowledge beyond the university using a new structured method, environmentally conscious, in this emerging area.

From Uncertainty to Precision: Advancing Industrial Rework Rate Analysis with Fuzzy Logic 从不确定到精确:用模糊逻辑推进工业返工率分析

The industrial sector plays a crucial role in the global economy by providing products to meet the ever-evolving societal needs. However, the relentless pursuit of quality and efficiency faces challenges, with one of the most significant obstacles being rework. Accordingly, this paper presents the development of a rework rate index in the industrial sector, using Mamdani-type fuzzy logic as the methodology, aiming to overcome the limitations of traditional approaches and capture the complexity and uncertainty of rework data. Seventeen indicators grouped into different categories were analyzed by assessing correlations to obtain the proposed index. The results demonstrated the effectiveness of the Mamdani fuzzy logic approach in evaluating rework rates, offering comprehensive insights and clear categorizations. The analysis of correlations among indicators revealed intricate interdependencies influencing rework rates. The creation of the Rework Reduction Index signifies a significant advancement in quality and efficiency management within the industrial sector. The fuzzy approach provides a comprehensive means to address data uncertainty and subjectivity, enabling a precise and contextual evaluation of rework rates. The results have direct implications for informed decision-making, allowing companies to identify problematic areas, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress over time. Furthermore, the proposed approach has the potential to inspire similar practices in other companies, contributing to enhancing efficiency and quality in industrial processes Future studies could extend the application of the Rework Reduction Index to various industrial sectors and explore the relationship between index classifications and traditional performance metrics.

Top Management Team Expansion Study: A New Approach Based on the Team Life Cycle 高层管理团队扩展研究:基于团队生命周期的新方法

The top management team occupies the position at the top of the organizational management hierarchy, is charged with making strategic decisions, and is crucial to the success of the entire business. The study of top management teams has increased dramatically since the publication of the upper echelons theory. The research findings on the relationship between demographic characteristics and their differences and corporate performance, however, lack stability. This is true whether discussing the relationship between the characteristics of the top management team and organizational performance from the perspective of the team's demographic characteristics and their differences or concentrating on the top management team's interaction process to study the mediating role of team process variables between the team's demographic characteristics and strategic decisions and corporate performance. This paper explores a unique research path for the study of top management teams by reviewing the research lineage of these teams, analyzing the shortcomings of previous studies, and proposing a new line of inquiry based on the team life cycle viewpoint.

The development of cultural and tourism integration in Wuxi is still in the primary stage, and its main features are slow growth of the tourism economy, low cultural added value, insufficient share of the tourism industry, the initial formation of the market impact, but not enough to highlight the "regional" culture. Therefore, our team carried out an attempt to integrate culture and tourism services in Wuxi County, Chongqing, integrating resources and technology, and combining local cultural characteristics and their own characteristics, through field research and investigation, we tailored the study tour path and detailed planning for the entire study tour process of food, accommodation, transportation. Through the excavation of folk culture, enhance the cultural elements of tourism and study industry, turn the invisible cultural resources into visible study paths, and promote culture and tourism to complement each other, symbiosis and win-win, integrated development.

Under the background of education reform, creating multiple cooperative education system with the integration of production and education is the main topic of education reform exploration of hotel management major in colleges and universities in the new era. Therefore, after understanding the basic concept of entrepreneurship and innovation orientation, according to the basic situation of hotel management professional talent cultivation in colleges and universities in the new era, this paper mainly discusses the effective path of multi-collaborative education driven development of hotel management professional under the guidance of entrepreneurship and innovation, so as to cultivate more outstanding talents for the development of hotel industry.

IT is a critical feature of post-merger integration in modern banking but academic coverage is sparse and industry organizations keep most of the practically useful knowledge in-house. This review analyses key operational aspects of the IT integration process, identifies its core guiding principles, produces an extended process timeline, and highlights the special importance of IT risk management. It presents a holistic view of the academic theory and practice-based insights around the main stages of the IT integration process, identifies knowledge gaps, and highlights potential directions for future research.

The Impact of Privatization on Employee Job Insecurity: The Case of the Healthcare Sector in Saudi Arabia 私有化对员工工作不安全感的影响:以沙特阿拉伯医疗保健部门为例

Research has discussed several aspects of privatization in developed and developing countries. In this study, we build on the Psychological Contract Theory and the Human Capital Theory, as well as research on proactive behavior and self-concepts, to examine how understanding privatization impacts the quantitative and qualitative job insecurity of employees in the healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia during the privatization process. Using a sample of 136 employees, our results show that understanding the concept of privatization in general is negatively related to quantitative job insecurity. and knowing the nuances of privatization of the healthcare sector impacts quantitative, but not qualitative, job insecurity. This study makes several theoretical contributions to the literature on privatization, human resources, and organizational behavior. This study also provides useful practical implications for policymakers and managers.
