The new breakthroughs in 2019 that will be linked to the further development of ITT, are discussed separately. Abstract
The world trends of modern information and telecommunication technologies (ITT) are considered. ITT is defined as the set of opportunities for creating and filling information resources and transmitting information by telecommunication means on local and global scales. Key trends in development of ITT are identified and analyzed.
