Designing an information system to support the business of the taxi service

Abstract

This paper proposes a system that facilitates the process of booking a taxi vehicle and provides users with a quick and efficient way to get to their vehicle. It will also discuss the effective software techniques which can be used during development of professional websites and how the proposed technique can make the process more efficient and effective by making changes in some of the phases to get better results. The proposed application aims to contribute to the modernization of the taxi industry by harnessing the power of advances in information and communication technology.
