Conclusions. (1) Condition of people who do qualified sports may depend on knowledge, skills and responsiveness of a trainer. Diagnostics of body posture may be a crucial criterion in evaluating load applied in asymmetric sports. It enables correction of training methods. Abstract

介绍。体育训练对个人发展的影响是其强度和一致性的函数。本研究的目的是呈现特定运动学科特有的运动训练对运动员习惯性姿势的影响。材料和方法。采用摄影测量法,对来自柔道、摔跤、排球、足球、击剑等多个体育项目的151名运动员进行了习惯性身体姿势的35个空间特征测量。结果。描述了每个运动学科特有的习惯姿势,并确定了不进行合格运动的人习惯姿势特征之间差异的重要性。结论。人们做合格运动的条件可能取决于教练的知识、技能和反应能力。在不对称运动中,身体姿势的诊断可能是评估负荷的关键标准。它可以纠正训练方法。建议为运动员提供全面的训练,提高特定肌肉群之间的平衡,特别是在不对称的项目中;(2)定期体检应成为体育俱乐部选拔新成员的依据;(3)成人运动员的身体姿势障碍可能是由于缺乏整体训练和训练初期不准确,不正确的热身,缺乏养成正确身体姿势习惯的练习。
