One Group Pretest and Posttest designs were used to measure the self-esteem of the Training of Trainer treatment students. The result is an average pretest of 97.98. The average value of the posttest score calculation is 142.68 and the standard deviation is 9,127 after receiving the Training of Trainers (ToT) Super Student.
