Abstract

The JONSWAP spectrum sea surface is mainly determined by parameters such as the wind speed, the fetch length and the peak enhancement factor. In view of the study of electromagnetic scattering from JONSWAP spectrum sea surface, we need to determine the above parameters. Jonswap谱海面电磁散射特性研究
