The samples have been prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction method and sintering process. Lattice parameters have been calculated by XRD pattern and grain size has been calculated by SEM. It is observed that dielectric constant and loss tangent with increasing temperature. Near the transition temperature dielectric constant, loss tangent of these samples show anomalous behavior.
