Abstract
Thrombocytopenia is a commonly encountered during course of chemotherapy. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women worldwide. A 58 years old lady, diagnosed case of carcinoma breast left side (early stage) on adjuvant trastuzumab therapy developed progressive thrombocytopenia.
