The role of morphofunctional complexes and somnological signs of the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes mellitus in overweight women

形态功能复合物和睡眠体征在超重妇女妊娠期糖尿病发病中的作用
目的:确定超重孕妇GDM及产科并发症发生率最高的不对称侧位行为特征的致糖尿病类型,并在此基础上研究患糖尿病侧位体质女性孕前的睡眠状态特征。材料与方法:本研究采用特殊测试(Annette测试、睡眠质量问卷、睡眠呼吸暂停/低呼吸综合征问卷、嗜睡量表(Epworth))、多导睡眠图研究。结果:基于问卷调查和多导睡眠图研究的结果,我们确定了睡眠障碍,表现为睡眠效率和质量下降、疲劳、清醒时可感知的嗜睡、睡眠时呼吸障碍和其他睡眠障碍,这是导致妊娠糖尿病风险增加的主要原因,主要发生在双右手侧侧表型的女性。结论:妊娠前期超重妇女的睡眠障碍,一方面是在计划怀孕的超重妇女已经存在的代谢和营养异常的背景下激素变化的结果,另一方面,它们在GDM的表现和由于母体低氧血症增加而形成的“阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停”综合征的产科并发症期间充当“触发”功能障碍,这有助于胎儿窘迫的发展。
