EMPLOYMENT STRUCTURE OF BAKU CITY POPULATION: DYNAMICS AND DEVELOPMENT TRENDS

Abstract

So­si­al-iq­ti­sa­di və de­moq­ra­fik pro­ses­lər əha­li­nin məş­ğul­luq struk­tu­ru­nun for­ma­laş­ma­sı­na bir­ba­şa tə­sir gös­tə­rən amil­lər­dən­dir. Ba­kı­nın pay­taxt möv­qe­yi, so­si­al-iq­ti­sa­di və de­moq­ra­fik in­ki­şa­fı şə­hər­də məş­ğul­luq sə­viy­yə­si­nin yük­sək ol­ma­sı və öl­kə­nin əsas əmək miq­ra­si­ya­sı re­gio­nu­na çev­ril­mə­si ilə nə­ti­cə­lə­nir. Təd­qi­qat apa­rı­lan 2009-2021-ci il­lər ər­zin­də Ba­kı şə­hə­ri məş­ğul­luq sə­viy­yə­si­nə, məş­ğul­luq struk­tu­ru­nun key­fiy­yət xü­su­siy­yət­lə­ri­nə, iq­ti­sa­di fə­al və məş­ğul əha­li­nin ar­tım sü­rə­ti­nə gö­rə öl­kə üz­rə or­ta gös­tə­ri­ci­dən yük­sək ol­muş­dur. Mə­qa­lə­də müa­sir dövr­də Ba­kı şə­hə­rin­də əha­li­nin məş­ğul­luq struk­tu­run­da baş ve­rən də­yi­şik­lik­lər öy­rə­nil­miş, on­la­ra tə­sir edən so­si­al-iq­ti­sa­di və de­moq­ra­fik amil­lər təh­lil olun­muş­dur. Həm­çi­nin, iq­ti­sa­di fə­al, məş­ğul və iş­siz əha­li­nin sa­yı, açı­lan ye­ni iş yer­lə­ri haq­qın­da mə­lu­mat­lar ve­ril­miş­dir. Ba­kı şə­hə­rin­də əha­li­nin məş­ğul­luq struk­tu­run­da möv­cud prob­lem­lər öy­rə­nil­miş, on­la­rın ara­dan qal­dı­rıl­ma­sı is­ti­qa­mə­tin­də tək­lif­lər ve­ril­miş­dir. Socio-economic and demographic pro­cesses are among the factors that directly affect the for­mation of the employment structure of the population. Baku's position as the capital, socio-economic, and de­mographic development results in a high level of em­ployment in the city and turning the country into the main region of labor migration. During the research pe­riod of 2009-2021, the city of Baku was higher than the national average in terms of the employment level, qualitative characteristics of the employment structure, and the rate of growth of the economically active and employed population. In the article, the changes in the employment struc­ture of the population in Baku in modern times were studied, and the socio-economic and demographic fac­tors affecting them were analyzed. Also, information on the number of economically active, employed, and un­employed population, and new jobs opened. Existing problems in the employment structure of the population in Baku were studied and suggestions were made for their elimination.
