The \"two-level data integration\" is adopted to solve the problems of incomplete telemetry frame data and ground demodulation lock loss that may be encountered when the telemetry system applies TTE time triggered Ethernet, and the utilization rate of telemetry bandwidth is 99%, which is equivalent to the effective telemetry bandwidth of traditional telemetry systems.
