The occupations of parents of Grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 10 Jambi City are: entrepreneur, laborer, security guard, pedicab driver, civil servant, pedicab driver, and housewife. The conclusion of this research is: the intensity of parent-child communication has a significant effect on students' social attitudes in the form of honesty, discipline, courtesy, and tolerance. Abstract

 This research aims to determine the effect of parent-child communication intensity on the social attitudes of eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 10 Jambi City. 本研究旨在探讨亲子沟通强度对占碑市中专学校八年级学生社会态度的影响。在本研究中使用的方法是使用调查的定量方法。数据采用简单线性回归分析。调查对象的数据来源为66名学生,采用随机抽样方法。占壁市SMP Negeri 10小学八年级学生家长的职业为:企业家、劳动者、保安、三轮车司机、公务员、三轮车司机、家庭主妇。本研究的结论是:亲子沟通的强度对学生诚实、纪律、礼貌和宽容的社会态度有显著影响。低社会态度可以通过在父母和孩子之间建立密切的沟通来克服,这样孩子们就可以有一种符合适用于家庭、学校和社区环境的规范和规则的态度。
