Technology, Pedagogy and Content Knowledge Model for Increasing Civic Education Teacher’s Competencies in the Classroom 提高公民教育教师课堂教学能力的技术、教学法和内容知识模型

The Covid-19 pandemic has required students to learn from home, leading teachers to adapt and develop online learning that integrates technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge (TPACK). This study aimed to investigate the knowledge and skills of social studies teachers at the middle and high school levels in transmitting TPACK. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method, with a sample of 117 respondents from middle and high schools. The results showed no differences in skills between genders in using TPACK. Secondly, TPACK is the ability to integrate technology, pedagogy and content processing components, but the results show that teachers do not fully own these components.

Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Komik Berbasis Budaya Lokal Minangkabau untuk Penguatan Karakter Pelajar Pancasila 开发基于米南卡保地方文化的漫画学习媒体,加强学生的品德教育

This research is entitled Development of Learning Media Using Comics Based on Local Minangkabau Culture to Strengthen Character According to Pancasila Student Profiles of Grade V Students at Elementary School in Padang City. This research was carried out in three stages, namely: Preliminary Research, Prototyping Phase and Assessment Phase. The subjects of this research data trial were fifth grade elementary school students, totaling 52 students, obtained by observation, assessment sheets, observations, tests and questionnaires. Field trials were carried out by 3 validators who were considered experts. The practicality of teacher and student responses was tested with three school categories namely: High, Medium and Low. Data analysis in the form of a questionnaire was carried out descriptively about the impact of local culture-based comic media. Test analysis using Anava. The analysis phase begins with a review with pedagogical experts, linguists and media design experts, as well as field trials with large groups. Expert validation results with very valid categories with an average of 94.99%. Meanwhile, according to the teacher, the practicality aspect is in the very practical category with a percentage of 93.33%. While the practicality test according to students is in the very practical category with an average of 89.51% in the three schools. Thus this research is included in the category of valid, practical and effective.

Peranan Pemerintah Nagari dalam Mengatasi Kemiskinan di Nagari Sisawah Kecamatan Sumpur Kudus Kabupaten Sijunjung

This study aims to elucidate the determinants of impoverished conditions and analyze the proactive role of the Nagari Government in mitigating destitution within Nagari Sisawah, situated in the Sumpur Kudus District of Sijunjung Regency. Employing a qualitative approach with descriptive techniques, this research centers on key participants including Nagari leaders, officials, and the local community. The study's findings reveal that the origins of poverty within Nagari Sisawah encompass several factors, including insufficient economic returns from rubber cultivation for sustaining families, the repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic, and constrained employment prospects due to limited educational attainment. The Nagari government has made various efforts to overcome poverty, namely providing socialization and information on economic activities to the community, assisting the community in making proposals to obtain superior seeds and providing assistance to the community through various programs such as PKH and Direct Funding for the community.

Peranan Badan Musyawarah Nagari dalam Penyaluran Aspirasi Masyarakat

This study aims to determine the role of the Bamus in Nagari Pasir Talang as a channel for community aspirations. This type of research is qualitative with phenomenological methods. Presentation of data is described in the form of descriptive descriptions. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Research informants consisted of the Head of the Bamus and its members, village assistants, Wali Nagari office staff, community leaders and the Nagari Pasir Talang community. Data analysis techniques were carried out with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the Bamus in Nagari Pasir Talang had not carried out their role optimally. This is due to the obstacles faced by the Bamus in carrying out its role. One of the main factors constraining the sub-optimal role of the Bamus in Nagari Pasir Talang is that the Bamus has not carried out its main duties and functions within the community. This has an impact on development in Nagari Pasir Talang which tends to be slow. The existence of the Bamus in Nagari Pasir Talang has not fully played an optimal role and has not had a significant developmental impact on the progress of the Nagari.

Fenomena Perilaku Moral Siswa Selama Daring di SMA Negeri 2 Solok Selatan 学生在南Solok高中的网上行为现象

This article aims to elucidate the various forms of student moral behavior observed during online learning, as well as to identify the underlying factors influencing such behavior both in the context of online learning and during the transition back to traditional classroom settings. The study explores diverse manifestations of student moral conduct, encompassing levels of honesty, discipline, and politeness. Employing a qualitative research design with a descriptive approach, data was collected at SMA N 2 Solok Selatan using purposive sampling for informant selection. The data gathering techniques encompassed interviews, documentation studies, and post-observation analysis. To ensure data validity, triangulation of sources was performed, and data was subsequently analyzed through collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion stages. Findings revealed instances of student dishonesty during online learning, including plagiarism in friend's assignments, copying answers from the internet, and deceptive behavior towards parents. Additionally, students exhibited reduced politeness in their communication with teachers. The research also highlighted influential factors contributing to student moral behavior, attributing challenges in adjusting to the online learning system to both parents and teachers. The impact of this adaptation was observed in students' moral conduct during the transition back to conventional learning, manifesting as difficulty in completing assignments and a lack of self-confidence in offline learning settings.

Stereotype Gender Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Padang Tahun 2019-2021 2012 -2021年巴东国立大学学生对性别的刻板印象

This study aims to reveal gender stereotypes among college students. The focus of this research is on the indicators of the form, causes, and impact of gender stereotypes. This study used a descriptive quantitative method, with a stratified random sampling technique. Respondents in this study were 75 respondents. The results of this study indicate that as many as 38.67% of students do not have gender stereotypes, even so there are still students who have gender stereotypes as much as 29.33%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the understanding of gender stereotypes among students needs to be further improved so that gender justice and equality can be realized.

Artikel ini membahas pembuatan modul digital untuk mata kuliah hukum Islam yang mempromosikan kebhinekaan di tingkat Perguruan Tinggi. Artikel ini berkontribusi pada wacana yang sedang berlangsung tentang metode pengajaran yang efektif dalam menghadapi tantangan yang ditimbulkan oleh era digital. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, khususnya penelitian kepustakaan, yang melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan menyoroti aspek-aspek penting yang terkait dengan modul digital hukum Islam di Perguruan Tinggi, yang berbasiskan kebhinekaan. Aspek-aspek tersebut meliputi penyertaan berbagai kisah inspiratif, kegiatan kelompok terstruktur, dan kemampuan mendorong pembelajaran reflektif. Sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran, pendidik harus merancang bahan ajar digital yang selaras dengan karakteristik siswa kontemporer dan mengatasi masalah terkait, menumbuhkan sikap adaptif dan toleran terhadap masalah yang dihadapi bersama di kalangan siswa.

Nilai-Nilai Kearifan Lokal Pada Penciptaan Kapal Kayu Tradisional Pesisir Riau dalam Kajian Sosiologi-Antropologi 社会学-人类学研究中的廖内省沿海传统木船创作中的地方智慧价值

Pembuatan kapal kayu tradisional dapat dilihat dari sudut pandang yang berbeda, yaitu dari industri dan tradisi dan budaya. Sebagai tradisi dan budaya, pembuatan kapal kayu tradisional menjadi sarana pengembangan karakter dan local wisdom (kearifan lokal) yang sangat lekat dengan kehidupan masyarakat pelakunya.  Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal penciptaan kapal kayu tradisional di kawasan pesisir Riau dan Kepulauan Riau. Penelitian merupakan hasil analisis metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil kajian dari tinjauan sosiologi-antropologi menunjukkan bahwa kebudayaan dan tradisi penciptaan kapal kayu tradisional masyarakat melayu pesisir dipengaruhi budaya asing, membentuk identitas nasional,  pengetahuan yang dimiliki para tukang (pekerja) dalam pembuatan kapal adalah manual sekalipun ukuran kapal yang dibuat adalah relatif cukup besar hingga 1.500 GT. Selain itu, keberadaan kapal kayu tradisional tersebut dinilai kokoh sehingga diminati dan banyak dipakai kalangan nelayan dunia terutama di nusantara. Akantetapi, saat ini keberadaan kapal kayu tradisional menjadi langka karena sulitnya bahan baku. Nilai-nilai karakter kearifan lokal yang terdapat dalam penciptaan kapal kayu tradisional adalah pekerja keras (nenek moyangku orang pelaut) di antara nilai-nilai karakter bangsa itu adalah: bekerja keras (bertungkus lumus), bertindak secara benar, amanah, menjaga persatuan, tidak merusak alam (cinta lingkungan), dan seterusnya.

Implementasi Program Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka di SD Negeri 07 Balingka

     This article aims to describe the implementation of the Teaching Campus Program Batch 1 Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) at SD Negeri 07 Balingka. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The determination of informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique using data collection techniques including observation, interviews and documentation studies. Test the validity of the data in this study using data triangulation techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using data analysis techniques including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that in the implementation of the Kamous Mengajar program Batch 1 at SD Negeri 07 Balingka there were stages in implementing the teaching campus namely the coordination stage, the observation stage, the planning stage, the activity program implementation stage and the reporting stage. In implementation, there are program activities including academic application, administrative application, application of technology adaptation and non-academic application. he reporting stage employed assessment instruments such as self-assessment, field supervisor assessment, teacher assessment, and peer assessment. During implementation there are supporting factors, namely good and clear communication, coordination and socialization. Meanwhile, the obstacles starting from the coordination stage to the reporting stage were lecture schedules that collided with campus teaching and the MBKM system had errors. The limitation of this study is that it does not show the inhibiting factors from the school side.

Kuliah Kerja Nyata Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Padang Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Koto Malintang Tanjung Raya Kabupaten Agam

This study examines the implementation of the Community Service (KKN) program by students from the University of Negeri Padang (UNP) during the period of 2021-2022. The research focuses on the KKN activities conducted in Koto Malintang, Agam District, amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. A qualitative research approach was employed, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation studies as data collection techniques. Triangulation was used to ensure the validity of the data. The findings of this research indicate that: 1) the KKN program in Koto Malintang involved providing educational initiatives to the community, specifically through technology training at the Aisyiyah Orphanage and monitoring progress through a dedicated application, and 2) various obstacles were encountered during the implementation of KKN, including limited facilities and infrastructure, budget constraints, difficulties in mapping remote tourist attractions for research purposes, and the limitations on direct interaction between KKN students and the community due to the risk of virus transmission.
