A new design of the mechanical arm was carried out, and the joints were improved while the basic properties of the mechanical arm remained unchanged. The moment of force proves the feasibility of the innovative design. Experimental research shows that the mechanical arm of a certain factory was redesigned on the basis of the innovative design of the mechanical scheme proposed in this paper. The joint torque of each manipulator has been correspondingly improved, and the torque of the big arm joint has increased by 21%.
