We hypothesized that if a program which should include homogenous and continuous efforts is systematically applied, significant results can be obtained in improving the functional profile of the students. In this regard, 82 students from two universities participated in the research. In order to carry out the research we used methods of analysis and interpretation of the data obtained: the scientific documentation, the pedagogical observation, the statistical-mathematical method and the graphical method. The comparison of the results obtained in the final tests aimed to verify the efficiency of the training means proposed and applied in the experiment.
