Abstract

None of the existing Knowledge, skills, abilities and other factors (KSAO) frameworks have included task work skills as KSAO factors; all of them only proposes teamwork KSAO factors. Moreover, all of these frameworks were proposed for professional teams only. The aim of this research is to propose a KSAO framework for computer science capstone project student teams; the framework not only have the teamwork skill component but the taskwork skill component as well.
