The method used in this study among others: test validity , reliability , Multiple Linear Regression Analysiis , Multiple coefficient of determination ( R2 ) , F test , t test , test and test Multicolinearity Heteroskidastity . Abstract
This studys aim to analyzze the influeence of leadershiip style and work motivatiion on employee performaance of PT Dua Putri Ciliwung Banyuwangi . The study population was all employees of PT Dua Putri Ciliwung Banyuwangi maany as 35 peoples . 本研究旨在分析领导风格和工作动机对PT Dua Putri Ciliwung Banyuwangi员工绩效的影响。研究人群均为PT Dua Putri Ciliwung Banyuwangi的雇员，共35人。本研究采用的方法包括:检验效度、信度、多元线性回归分析、多元决定系数(R2)、F检验、t检验、多元共线性异方差检验等。本研究的结论是领导风格和工作动机这两个变量同时显著影响员工绩效，而部分领导风格对PT Dua Putri Ciliwung Banyuwangi员工的绩效也有显著影响
