The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of personality and work discipline variables on the performance of the employees of the Pesisir Selatan Education and Culture Office. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 59 respondents using a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are sampled, using multiple linear regression testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that personality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
本研究旨在探讨人格与工作纪律变量对塞拉坦教育文化办公室员工绩效的影响。通过使用饱和抽样技术向59名受访者分发问卷收集数据,其中所有人口成员都被抽样,使用SPSS应用程序的帮助下使用多元线性回归测试。研究结果表明,人格对员工绩效有正向显著影响,工作纪律对员工绩效有正向显著影响

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of intrinsic work motivation and work discipline variables on employee performance at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatra. Collecting data through questionnaires to 98 respondents using saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are sampled, using multiple linear regression testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that intrinsic work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to determine the effect of HR information systems, competence and work discipline on employee performance at the DPRD secretariat of West Sumatra Province, this research is a quantitative study, the sampling method uses total sampling with a total of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Human Resources information system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Public awareness about the need for social security in Indonesia is increasing day by day, especially for workers because in order to ensure that they can meet the basic needs of a decent life, financial problems, health problems and maintain the level of welfare. This study aims to determine the Effect of Competence, Motivation and Performance Employees Against Employee Career Development at BPJS Employment Office Solok Branch. Determination of the sample is done by sampling Saturated with the number of respondents as many as 30 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and then analyzed descriptively and Independent-Sample T-Test with SPSS version 16 program. The results of data analysis showed that employee performance is the main factor in determining the level of career development. Meanwhile, Competence and Motivation have a not too dominant contribution to career development

This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions proxied by total assets growth (TAG) on the value of companies proxiedwith price to book value (PBV) with profitability proxied by return on assets (ROA) as an intervening variable in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 201 6-20 period  20. The population and samples used in this study were 26 balanced sector companies that had complete financial statements and were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 201 6-2020. The data analysis method used in this study is Path Analysis. The results of this study show that: 1) Investment decisions (TAG) have a positive and significant influence on company value (PBV): 2) Investment decisions (TAG) have a positive and significant influence on profitability (ROA): 3) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value: 4)  Profitability is able to mediate the influence  of investment decisions (TAG)  on company value (PBV) in mining sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period during the Covid-19 pandemic era

The purpose of study was to determine the effect of trust, advertising, risk percepstion on purchasing decisions on shopee to cnsumers in kelurahan lubuk buaya.This research was conducted with a total of 95 consumersin this study were with a technique slovin. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results show that there is a positive and significant influence of trust of origin on purchasing decisions, there is a no effect and no significant influence of advertising on purchasing decisions, and there is a positive and significant influence of risk perception on purchasing decisions
研究的目的是确定信任、广告、风险感知对克鲁拉罕鲁巴克布亚商店消费者购买决策的影响。本研究共对95名消费者进行了调查。分析数据采用多元线性回归分析。部分检验结果显示,来源信任对购买决策有正向显著影响,广告对购买决策没有影响且不显著影响,风险感知对购买决策有正向显著影响

STRATEGI PROMOSI DESA WISATA TANJUNGJAYA KEK TANJUNG LESUNG MELALUI PLATFORM DIGITAL

The COVID-19 pandemic has paralyzed the economy, especially the tourism industry. The government's decision to reopen tourist areas because the spread of the corona has subsided raised the enthusiasm of the tourism village managers. Advances in information technology are utilized by tourism service managers as a medium to communicate superior tourism service products. This study aims to find out how the promotion strategy by utilizing the Digital Platform in increasing the number of visitors in the Tanjungjaya Tourism Village KEK Tanjung Lesung and developing the surrounding area. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with research instruments in the form of primary data derived from observations, interviews from several visitors, and exposure of local officials as well as secondary data from other relevant literacy studies. The data collection technique used triangulation method with inductive analysis referring to positive beliefs, perceptions, certain criteria, and the relationship between variables. Based on the results of observations and analysis of the marketing situation in Tanjungjaya Tourism Village, it can be concluded that the digital platform-based promotion strategy that has been carried out by tourism service managers is 1) Use of the website belonging to the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, the website of the Tourism and Culture Office of Pandeglang Regency, and the website Official CBT Tourism Village Community, 2) Utilization of social media consisting of Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube, 3) Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) by involving business actors by utilizing marketplaces such as planethotels, traveloka, agoda, en.tiket, and tripadvisor

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment, work discipline and work motivation at the office of cooperatives and SMES in west Sumatra Province. The technique used in sampling using total sampling technique with the number of respondents as many as 67 people. By testing the hypothesis using quantitative methods, the data obtained in this study will be analyzed using statistics or SPSS (statical program of social science). The result show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee and performance anf work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance
本研究旨在探讨工作环境、工作纪律和工作动机对西苏门答腊省合作社和中小企业办公室的影响。抽样所采用的技术是采用总抽样技术,调查对象多达67人。通过使用定量方法检验假设,本研究中获得的数据将使用统计学或SPSS(社会科学统计程序)进行分析。结果表明,工作环境对员工绩效有正向显著影响,工作纪律对员工绩效有正向显著影响,工作动机对员工绩效有正向影响

The influence of globalization creates changes in people's lifestyles, especially young people. One of the influences of globalization is that the lifestyle in choosing foods that are in demand is more inclined towards Korean style. The Korean Wave or Hallyu Wave is one of the impacts of the globalization of food style changes from traditional to modern in Indonesia. The explosion of Korean trends in Indonesia has made culinary business actors go with this flow. This is the reason why the Unniefood Home industry is one of the home businesses that sells a variety of Korean foods that have a spicy taste. The increasingly fierce competition makes this business have a strategy that is carried out for consumer satisfaction, namely using a marketing mix and a consumer satisfaction strategy.  The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the marketing mix strategy and the application of the consumer satisfaction strategy in the home industry of Unniefood Tulungagung. The research method used in this study is a type of field research with a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of this study show that the application of the marketing mix strategy with the 11p indicator has been implemented properly and correctly. There are only two indicators that are not well implemented, namely place and physical evidence, which still makes Consumers and Unniefood resellers feel disappointed. The implementation of the consumer satisfaction strategy has been implemented properly and correctly to make consumers and resellers feel satisfied
全球化的影响改变了人们的生活方式,尤其是年轻人的生活方式。全球化的影响之一是,人们选择自己需要的食物的生活方式更倾向于韩国风格。韩流或韩流是印尼饮食风格从传统到现代变化的全球化影响之一。韩国潮流在印尼的爆发,让烹饪界的演员们也跟着走。因此,“Unniefood家庭产业”是销售各种辣味韩式食品的家庭企业之一。日益激烈的竞争使得该企业有了一个为消费者满意而实施的策略,即使用营销组合和消费者满意策略。本研究的目的是确定营销组合策略的应用和消费者满意度策略在Unniefood Tulungagung家纺行业的应用。本研究使用的研究方法是一种使用描述性方法的定性方法的实地研究。数据收集技术使用观察、访谈和记录方法。本研究的结果表明,11p指标营销组合策略的应用得到了合理、正确的实施。只有地方和实物证据两个指标执行得不好,这仍然让消费者和Unniefood经销商感到失望。消费者满意战略的实施得当、正确,使消费者和经销商感到满意

PENGARUH FREE CASH FLOW, LIKUIDITAS DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR SUB SEKTOR FOOD AND BEVERAGES 自由现金流动、流动性和杠杆对次级食品和周边制造业的股息政策的影响

This study  aims to examine the effect of  free cash flow, profitability, liquidity and leverage on dividend policy in a simulttan (together) and partially. This research is a research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out based on data sources, namely secondary data, data sources can be obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) www.idx.co.id.  The sampling method  uses purposive sampling method.  The number of samples in this study was 30 observations in 6 companies within a period of 5 years.  The results of this study showed that the signification value of the t test free cash flow of 0.292 > 0.05 stated that it had no effect on dividend policy, the liquidity t test result of 0.404 > 0.05 stated that it had no effect on dividend policy and the result of the t leverage test 0.567 > 0.05 stated  has no effect on dividend policy. Jointly, the signification value of hasl test f free cash flow, liquidity and leverage of 0.466 > 0.05 stated that it had no effect on the dividend policy simultaneously. The conclusion for this study is that  the variables Free cash flow (X1), Liquidity (X2), and Laverage (X3) have no effect on dividend policy (Y).
本研究旨在考察自由现金流、盈利能力、流动性和杠杆对股利政策的影响,同时(共同)和部分。本研究是一项定量研究。数据收集技术是根据数据源进行的,即二手数据,数据源可以从印度尼西亚证券交易所(IDX) www.idx.co.id获得。抽样方法采用目的性抽样方法。本研究的样本数量为6家公司在5年内的30次观察。本研究结果表明,自由现金流t检验的显著值为0.292 > 0.05,表明其对股利政策没有影响;流动性t检验的显著值为0.404 > 0.05,表明其对股利政策没有影响;t杠杆检验的显著值为0.567 > 0.05,表明其对股利政策没有影响。同时,自由现金流、流动性和杠杆的hasl检验的意义值为0.466 > 0.05,说明其同时对股利政策没有影响。本研究的结论是,变量自由现金流(X1)、流动性(X2)和平均水平(X3)对股利政策(Y)没有影响。
