The conducted mechanical and structural studies confirm the high efficiency of the method of welding ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and its composite using magnetic induction with a ferromagnet in the form of a steel mesh. The chosen optimal welding mode allows obtaining a high-quality weld. Abstract
This article proposes the use of magnetic induction for ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) welding.
