In this report, a 44-year-old man with no history of recent surgery or immunodeficiency had an episode of falling. A cranial mass close to the cerebrum revealed to be as aspergillosis abscess throughout the operation. Abstract
ISSN Aspergillosis of the central nervous system is an uncommon sickness, particularly if the patient is immunocompetent.
