Abstract

The structure of the knowledge base is based on ontologies of the knowledge domain, combining methods and algorithms for processing hydroacoustic signals and video images. To create a complex of ontologies an integrated web-environment is used that combines the methods and tools of the editors WebProtégé (the environment for collaborative development of ontologies) and OntoMASTER (graphic ontology editor).
