Perceived organizational support is one of the factors that influence the work engagement that belongs to the group of job resources. In addition, employee resilience is a positive self-assessment related to the ability of individuals to control their environment and work. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate whether perceived organizational support and employee resilience predict work engagement. The samples used in this study were employees of the Directorate of Human Resources and General Affairs at Head Office Public Broadcasting Institution Radio of The Republic of Indonesia, which numbered 48 employees. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that perceived organizational support and employee resilience had a very significant influence on employees’ work engagement. Abstract
