To collect data, the loneliness questionnaire of Russell (1980) and the self efficacy questionnaire 1981) were used. For data analysis, covariance analysis was used. Results: The findings showed that After adjusting the pre-test scores, the difference between the experimental and control groups in the self-efficacy variable was significant at the alpha level of 0.01, (F=44/534), Also, after adjusting the pre-test scores, the difference between the experimental and control groups in the sense of loneliness was also significant at the alpha level of 0.01, (F = 34/16). Conclusion: Therefore, the hypothesis of the research on the effectiveness of the educational package based on the psychometrics on loneliness and self-efficacy in the post-test is confirmed.
