Abstract
This paper describes the design and implementation of an extensible and fast simulation platform for multicellular molecular communication simulations. The simulation platform is extensible, allowing users to customize the cell mechanics model and conduct their own simulation experiments. The simulation platform is built upon efficient algorithms and supports large-scale simulations. This paper presents its initial design and current implementation status.
