The good linearity was achieved successfully with R2 <; 0.9995 in its standard curve aspects. Recoveries measured at the same concentrations (n = 6) were in the range of 96.4-97.6%. Abstract

A simple, rapid and reproducible HPLC method was used for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, baicalin and forsythin in Xiao'erjiebiao Granules, at the same time, response surface methodology (RSM) was devoted to forecast the best extraction technology.
