The suitable conditions for C. appendiculata cluster buds induction are: 1/4MS + TDZ 2.0 mg/L+ IAA 0.1 mg/L+ PVP 2 000 mg/L, and the induction rate can reach 81.16%. Abstract

To screen for suitable conditions for cluster bud induction of Cremastra appendiculata . The aseptic germination protocorms of C. appendiculata seeds were used as explant materials to explore the effects of different basic media, types of plant growth regulators, anti-browning agents and their concentrations on the induction of cluster buds of C. appendiculata . 附属草丛芽诱导的适宜条件
目的:筛选附属木丛枝芽诱导的适宜条件。以尾姜种子无菌萌发原球茎为外植体,探讨不同基本培养基、植物生长调节剂类型、抗褐变剂及其浓度对尾姜丛芽诱导的影响。结果表明:1/4MS培养基是适宜组芽生长的基本培养基;当植物生长调节剂TDZ浓度为2.0 mg/L和IAA浓度为0.2 mg/L时,丛芽诱导率较高,分别为72.58%和55.63%;当抗褐变剂为PVP,浓度为2 000 mg/L时,簇芽诱导率最高,为79.90%。组芽诱导的适宜条件为:1/4MS + TDZ 2.0 mg/L+ IAA 0.1 mg/L+ PVP 2 000 mg/L,诱导率可达81.16%。为建立附属木快速繁殖技术体系和实现其大规模人工栽培奠定了基础。
