Abstract
Abstract Library service points continue to be one of the few places for in-person contact where patrons can freely ask questions, including those involving technology. This is especially true in the college setting. Recognition of this need led to the creation of a hands-on Tech Academy for first-year, first-generation college students. When the pandemic hit, it became necessary to take the Academy online and expand it to the wider University student body.
