In this paper we report the first case of a patient with a flare up of erythrodermic psoriasis whose only possible trigger was uncontrolled, undiagnosed diabetes mellitus. Psoriatic arthritis was concomitantly diagnosed. Abstract
Erythrodermic psoriasis is a rare and life-threatening variant of psoriasis.
