Abstract

With the advent of rapid ageing in China, the spatial layout of care stations in elderly care facilities determines the efficient management and service of the daily behaviour of the elderly residents in the operation of the facilities. This paper summarizes the requirements of the norms and standards and the form of spatial layout of nursing stations in foreign nursing facilities, including Japan, Germany and France, by studying the design norms and standards of foreign nursing facilities and collecting a large number of case planes of foreign nursing facilities, and on this basis summarizes the correlation between each auxiliary function room and the nursing station in each case, so as to determine the advanced nursing station and auxiliary space of foreign. 随着中国快速老龄化的到来,养老设施中养老站的空间布局决定了养老设施在运营过程中对老年居民日常行为的高效管理和服务。本文通过研究国外护理设施的设计规范和标准,收集大量国外护理设施的案例平面,总结出日本、德国、法国等国外护理设施的规范标准要求和护理站的空间布局形式,并在此基础上总结出每个案例中各个辅助功能室与护理站的关联关系。从而确定国外先进护理站及辅助空间。借鉴国外先进护理站及辅助空间的设计模式和经验,为国内养老设施护理站及辅助空间的设计和高效运营管理提供参考。
