夹竹桃和夹竹桃叶乙醇提取物对蠓幼虫的毒力研究
用薄荷科和夹竹桃科两种植物的乙醇提取物对石榴树和其他树木的主要害虫之一角化背蝇(Ectomeylois ceratoniae)末期幼虫进行直接毒力试验。试验浓度为2.5%、5%、7.5%三组。每隔一段时间记录每种植物提取物的死亡率。采用完全随机设计(CRD)进行数据分析。结果表明,不同提取液类型、浓度和处理时间对杀虫效果有不同程度的影响,处理12 h对被试植物有较高的杀虫效果,浓度为7.5%时毒性较强。薄荷的t50分别为1.10、1.05和0.30,夹竹桃的t50分别为1.75、1.48和0.90。
