Conectividad y desigualdad digital en Jalisco, México

Abstract

This article deals with the question of digital inequality, measured in terms of connectivity, within the context of the state of Jalisco, whose development indicators tend to place it as one of the most developed states in Mexico, but nonetheless accumulates significant evidence of poverty and social disparities. This analysis is carried out taking into account TIC’s general tendencies of development at the national and international level.
