Among low temperature treatments, the primordia were poorly or not induced at temperature higher than 20℃. Abstract

Mycelia of Pleurotus eryngii var. ferulae cultured on PDA with 25℃ dark condition, then moved to 15℃ with red, yellow, blue, green, and white light irradiation (12 hr light/12 hr dark). After two months, no primordia appeared under constant dark, red and yellow light; primordia appearance of blue and white light treatment were 83.3% and 75%, respectively.
