World Health Organization (WHO) stated that the Covid-19 pandemic has become a global pandemic throughout the world, this is due to the very fast spread of the virus making Covid-19 a major problem in the world, WHO data recorded the number of Covid-19 sufferers in the world on 27 May 2021 total cases in the world were 168,040,871 cases and 3,494,758 cases died. The data obtained from January to the end of April 2021 at the Kalideres Hospital in cases of nurses exposed to Covid 19 (January-April 2021) amounted to 33% of the total number of nurses and there were no deaths. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledge, attitudes, perceptions and comfort to the behavior of using personal protective equipment (PPE) for nurses in the Covid-19 ward of Kalideres Hospital in 2021. This study was a quantitative study with a cross sectional and univariate data analysis. and bivariate. The population in this study were nurses who served in the Covid-19 ward at the Kalideres Hospital and the research sample amounted to 83 respondents, with the sampling technique using the total population. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a significant relationship between comfort (p-value 0.000), knowledge (p-value 0.006) and attitude (p-value 0.037) towards the behavior of using PPE for nurses in the Covid-19 ward at Kalideres Hospital in 2021. And there is no significant relationship between perceptions of the behavior of using PPE (p-value 0.326).
