There are a serial of conventional BSS constantly face stringent challenges such as time to market as well as quality and cost expectations. Systematic think that if there is a well-established system architect as a strong fundamental infrastructure as a right direction to transform the conventional BSS and to develop a new system. This paper introduces a BSS reengineering framework project include architecture design techniques and processes to produce a well-established architecture as strategy reuse and more flexible one than before.
