The purposes of this research are to implement the biplot analysis method to mapping Districts that have similar characteristics based on the educational variable and knowing the correlation between educational variables. This research used secondary data obtained from the North Sulawesi Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Ministry of Education and Culture. Abstract

Biplot Analysis Singular Value Decomposition Education is an important component of country development. To educational development, the regulation which is adaptable to characteristics of a region is required. The purposes of this research are to implement the biplot analysis method to mapping Districts that have similar characteristics based on the educational variable and knowing the correlation between educational variables.
