Abstract
Iridocorneal endothelial (ICE) syndrome encompasses a group of rare ocular pathologies with unilateral involvement, frequently affecting young women. The disease complex includes essential iris atrophy, Chandler's syndrome, and Cogan-Reese syndrome.
