Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership and Application of Fingerprint Attendance Model to Work Productivity With Work Discipline as Moderating Variable. In this research,  sampling method used is accidental sampling method (non-probability sampling). 领导和使用手指指纹模型对工作效率的影响,作为适度变量的工作纪律
摘要本研究以工作纪律为调节变量,分析领导及指纹出勤模型的应用对工作效率的影响。在本研究中,使用的抽样方法是偶然抽样法(非概率抽样)。本研究采用三个变量,自变量为领导力(X1)和出勤模型指纹(X2),因变量为生产力(Y),调节变量为纪律(Z)。本研究的人口为广汽大发汽车公司的员工,样本为85人。研究结果表明,领导变量不能调节工作生产率,指纹出勤模型变量对工作生产率有显著影响,工作纪律变量对工作生产率也有显著影响,领导和工作纪律不能调节工作生产率,指纹和纪律出勤模型工作也不能调节工作生产率。关键词:领导力、指纹考勤模型、工作效率和工作纪律。
