The results of noise research of YBaCuO films on various substrates are reported. Abstract

Preliminary results of estimation and experimental modeling of separate of an absolute measuring instrument based on composite high-Tc superconducting (HTS) bolometer with electrical-substitution for soft X-ray synchrotron radiation (SR) in the range of 100-2500 eV are reported. For the estimation influence of absorbed-radiation on the temperature distribution on bolometer elements has been developed. The calculated percentage of losses of radiant energy depend on the energy of photons.
