Abstract

不同年限精神病住院患者自杀事故的相关因素及护理对策研究

目的探讨不同年限精神病住院患者自杀事故的相关因素。探讨预防自杀事故的护理对策。方法对我院1961 ~ 2000年收治的32例自杀住院患者的自杀相关因素进行回顾性分析。采用Logistic回归分析自杀事故的相关因素。结果精神病住院患者自杀率在不同精神病类型间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。自杀事故与精神病理症状相关。自杀的主要危险因素为自杀史、自杀家族史、严重疾病、不良生活事件和社会支持不足。较好的治疗依从性是自杀事故的保护因素。自杀率在不同年份间呈显著下降趋势(P<0.01)。结论全面评估自杀危险因素，采取前瞻性护理、控制发病、加强监督等多种护理对策有助于预防自杀事故。关键词:不同年份;精神病住院;自杀;风险因素;护理
