Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of leadership styles (transactional and transformational) on organizational justice (distributive justice and procedural justice) and their impact on the positive emotions of Government civil servants,which is located in the City of South Tangerang, Palu, and Sorong. In the government environment, perceptions of leadership styles (transactional and transformational) and organizational justice (distributive and procedural) possessed by employees can vary.
