Abstract

With the substantial increase in global thunderstorm activities, the hazards of thunder and lightning to the security of the power grid are increasingly not to be ignored. Due to the large scale of the power grid, the small probability event that the trip of inter-provincial tie line of the same tower due to lightning strikes may still trigger the accident cascade effect of the power grid, which seriously threatens the power supply reliability of the power grid. 基于雷电预警的重要输电通道潮流优化策略
随着全球雷暴活动的大量增加,雷电对电网安全的危害日益不容忽视。由于电网规模较大,雷击导致同塔跨省联络线跳闸的小概率事件仍可能引发电网的事故级联效应,严重威胁电网的供电可靠性。本文提出了一种基于雷击预警的主动防雷措施,通过控制关键电源的输出来调节受雷击威胁的输电线路的潮流。它不同于传统的静电防雷措施,如架起避雷线。本文还建立了考虑发电机输出等系统约束的潮流转移优化模型。最后,以华中电网实际大型系统为例,对所提出的防雷策略的实施过程进行了仿真分析,研究结果对重要输电通道的防雷具有参考价值。
