OPERATIONAL TASKS AND CONTROLLING TOOLS AT AN INDUSTRIAL PLANT

Abstract

Статья посвящена оперативному контроллингу, как компоненту системы управления промышленным предприятием, координирующему и интегрирующему процессы оперативного планирования, мониторинга, анализа и регулирования. Цель – систематизация инструментария управления предприятием на основе концепции контроллинга. Научная новизна статьи заключается в разработке универсальной функциональной схемы оперативного контроллинга промышленного предприятия, которая развивает теоретические положения контроллинга применительно к проблемам производства. Рассмотрены основные методы и инструменты контроллинга, способствующие прояснению текущего состояния деятельности предприятия, влияния внутренней и внешней среды на производство, а также своевременному принятию корректирующих решений. Рассмотрены понятие, цели, задачи и функции оперативного контроллинга, его сущность и роль в системе управления промышленным предприятием. This article is devoted to operational controlling, as a component of the industrial enterprise management system, coordinating and integrating the processes of operational planning, monitoring, analysis and regulation. The goal is to organize the enterprise management toolkit based on the controlling concept. The scientific novelty of the article is the development of a universal functional scheme of operational controlling of an industrial enterprise, which develops the theoretical provisions of controlling in relation to production problems. The main controlling methods and tools are considered, which help to clarify the current state of the enterprise's activities, the impact of the internal and external environment on production, as well as timely adoption of corrective decisions. The concept, goals, tasks and functions of operational controlling, its essence and role in the industrial enterprise management system are considered.
