Abstract

We have developed band-limited illumination profilometry (BLIP) with two configurations for high-speed three-dimensional (3D) surface measurement. First, with a CoaXPress interface (CI), BLIP enables real-time 3D surface information reconstruction at 1 kHz. Second, employing two cameras with temporally interlaced acquisition (TIA), BLIP improves the 3D imaging over 1000 frames per second on a field of view (FOV) of up to 180x130 mm2.
