Abstract

Social entrepreneurs must identify business opportunities in the context of citizens' demands and establish a business model that generates profits through effective resource utilization. The most important factor in the development of social enterprises and driving social innovation is social entrepreneurship. In this study, the definitions and perspectives of social entrepreneurship were introduced, and social entrepreneurs as institutional innovators were examined, and their influence on corporate and government innovation was investigated. In addition, various cases were presented through the classification of social enterprises, and theoretical, policy, and practical suggestions for revitalizing the spirit of social entrepreneurship were attempted.
