Abstract

In this paper, the preparation a number of heterocyclic compounds five membered rings like oxadiazole, imidazolidine, thiozolidine, tetrazole, azetidine 2-on. Hydrazide (1) was synthesized from the reaction of levofloxacin with hydrazine hydrate. 若干左氧氟沙星衍生杂环化合物的合成
本文制备了一些杂环类化合物,如恶二唑、咪唑烷、噻唑烷、四唑、氮杂啶2-on。以左氧氟沙星和水合肼为原料合成了肼(1)。腙(2-9)与乙酸酐反应合成了3-乙酰基-1,3,4-恶二唑(10-17),腙衍生物(2-9)与甘氨酸反应合成了5-氧-2-芳基吡唑啉衍生物(18-25)。腙与巯基甘油酯酸反应得到4-氧-2-芳基硫代唑啶(26-33),腙(2-9)与叠氮化钠在四氢呋喃中反应得到四唑衍生物(34-41),氮杂啶-2-on(42-49)与氯乙酰氯在DMF中以及在三乙胺的存在下通过光谱和物理数据对这些化合物进行了表征。
